Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of GKW Ltd, Essar Shipping, Chembond Chem, Uma Exports and Poly Medicure, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:35AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 27.45 points to 18783.35 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Rachana Infrastructu, Kore Digital, GHCL Textiles, Infollion Research and Sintex Plastics Tech, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 36 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 14 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Divis Labs, Adani Ent., Apollo Hospital, Maruti Suzuki and Dr. Reddys were among top gainers, while IndusInd Bank, Infosys, Power Grid, HDFC Life and NTPC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 47.73 points up at 63276.24 at 10:35AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Aquaculture, Hospitals & Allied Services, Airlines and Fertilisers sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Real Estate, FMCG, Media & Entertainment and General sectors.
