Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Indo Tech Trans, Dreamfolks Services, Pattech Fitwell Tube, Va Tech Wabag and Jash Engineering, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 22.7 points to 18370.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Jet Airways, Vikas Multicorp, Auro Impex & Chemic, SEL Manufact and Lagnam Spintex, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 35 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 15 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Dr. Reddys, Maruti Suzuki, Kotak Bank, Britannia and Apollo Hospital were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, Hindalco, IndusInd Bank and HDFC Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 103.59 points up at 62085.38 at 10:19AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Holding Company, Trading, Power and Glass sectors, while selling was visible in Packaging, Industrial Consumables, Shipping, General and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors.
