Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Refex Industries, Chembond Chem, Nilkamal Ltd, Jai Balaji Inds and IZMO, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:50AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 81.3 points to 18284.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Gland Pharma, Sanwaria Consumer, Balaji Amines, Gammon Infra and BKM Industries, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 33 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 17 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, Divis Labs, Sun Pharma and NTPC were among top gainers, while UPL, Eicher Motors, Hindalco, Nestle India and Tata Consumer traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 191.63 points up at 61921.31 at 10:50AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Shipping, Telecommunications, Power, Electric/Electronics and Hospitals & Allied Services sectors, while selling was visible in Engineering, Media & Entertainment, Packaging, Glass and General sectors.
