Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Refex Industries, NDR Auto Components, Aurionpro Sol, Ugro Capital and Centum Elec, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:16AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 10.2 points to 18119.75 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Swaraj Suiting, Gland Pharma, Adani Gas, Jakharia Fabric and Cineline India, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 16 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 34 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Infosys, Tata Motors and Wipro were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, UPL, JSW Steel, Britannia and ONGC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 4.46 points up at 61436.2 at 11:16AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, IT Software, Retail, Beverages - Alcoholic and Aquaculture sectors, while selling was visible in Media & Entertainment, Irrigation & Allied Services, Fertilisers, Power and Gas & Petroleum sectors.
