Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Tilaknagar Ind, The Anup Engg, GE T&D India, Quicktouch Technolog and Jindal Saw, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:11AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 67.0 points to 18248.75 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as SEL Manufact, Dangee Dums, Ipca Labs, SITI Networks and Vikas Multicorp, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 31 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Life, Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel and Kotak Bank were among top gainers, while Divis Labs, Adani Ports SEZ, Power Grid, Eicher Motors and Grasim Inds. traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 265.02 points up at 61825.66 at 11:11AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Rubber, Trading and Tourism & Hospitality sectors, while selling was visible in Media & Entertainment, Shipping, Cables, Real Estate and Industrial Consumables sectors.
