Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Atam Valves, Ratnamani Metal, De Nora India, Ugro Capital and Infinium Pharmachem, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 11.1 points to 18326.2 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Cyber Media Research & Services Ltd., Jakharia Fabric, Vasa Retail & Overse, Cineline India and SEL Manufact, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 38 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., IndusInd Bank, HDFC Life, NTPC and Adani Ports SEZ were among top gainers, while Dr. Reddys, L&T, Hindalco, Bharti Airtel and ITC traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 55.0 points up at 61995.2 at 10:14AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Term Lending Institutions, Leather, Aquaculture and Tyres sectors, while selling was visible in Construction, Media & Entertainment, IT Enabled Services, Metals - Non Ferrous and Industrial Consumables sectors.
