Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Manav Infra Projects, Marshall Machines, Bodhi Tree Multimed, Surya Roshni and Mahalaxmi Rub, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Manav Infra Projects, Marshall Machines, Bodhi Tree Multimed, Surya Roshni and Mahalaxmi Rub, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 91.65 points down at 17944.2 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Arshiya, Cyber Media Research & Services Ltd., Vikas Proppant & Gr, Ahimsa Industries L and Suumaya Lifestyle, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 14 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 36 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, L&T, BPCL, UltraTech Cem., Asian Paints and Coal India Ltd were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ent., Nestle India, IndusInd Bank, SBI Life and HDFC Life ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 316.94 points down at 61002.57.

Traders piled up positions in Learning & Education, Rubber, Cement, Construction and Cables sectors, while selling was witnessed in Petrochemicals, Agro Processing, Infrastructure, Real Estate and IT Software sectors during the day.
