Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Uniphos Enter, Chaman Lal Setia, Mold Tek Tech, Cadila Healthcare and M&M Financial, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 89.45 points down at 17764.6 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Adani Transmission, Nahar Poly Film, Nahar Spinning, Visaka Ind and FairchemSpeciality, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 18 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 32 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, IndusInd Bank, BPCL, Apollo Hospital and Hero MotoCorp were among top gainers during the day, while Divis Labs, JSW Steel, Hindalco, Tata Steel and Kotak Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 334.98 points down at 60506.9.

Traders piled up positions in Industrial Equipment, IT - Hardware, Electric/Electronics, FMCG and Retail sectors, while selling was witnessed in Glass, Textiles, Agro Processing, Infrastructure and Metals - Ferrous sectors during the day.
