Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Dynacons Sys, Lambodhara Text, Shreeoswal Seeds, Upsurge Seeds of Agriculture Ltd. and Servotech Power Syst, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 226.35 points down at 17891.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Kiri Industries, Vikas Proppant & Gr, Indus Towers, Ballarpur Inds. and Aurobindo Pharma, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 10 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 40 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Maruti Suzuki, Hindalco, HUL, Bajaj Auto and Tata Steel were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ports SEZ, IndusInd Bank, SBI, HDFC Bank and Cipla ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 773.69 points down at 60205.06.

Traders piled up positions in Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock, Tyres, Learning & Education, Rubber and Pesticides/Agro Chemicals sectors, while selling was witnessed in Glass, Textiles, Infrastructure, IT Software and Logistics sectors during the day.
