Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Rajshree Sugars, GOCL Corporation, Sakthi Sugars, Ponni Sugars and Marathon Nextgen, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 151.45 points up at 18420.45 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Ishan International Ltd., Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., Cerebra Integrat, Sintex Inds. and Phantom Digital Effects Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 5 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 44 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, HDFC Bank, HUL, Tata Steel and JSW Steel were among top gainers during the day, while Dr. Reddys, M&M, Adani Ports SEZ, Asian Paints and BPCL ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 468.38 points up at 61806.19.

Traders piled up positions in General, Power, Rubber, Real Estate and Retail sectors, while selling was witnessed in General, Power, Rubber, Real Estate and Retail sectors during the day.
