Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Easy Trip Planners Ltd., BSL Ltd, V-Marc India Ltd., Kaynes Technology India Ltd. and Hi-Tech Pipes, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 84.25 points up at 18244.2 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as PayTM, Moksh Ornaments Ltd., Avanti Feeds, Olectra Greentech and CMM Infraprojects Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 38 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, JSW Steel, NTPC, HDFC Life and UltraTech Cem. were among top gainers during the day, while BPCL, Nestle India, Power Grid, Bharti Airtel and Kotak Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 274.12 points up at 61418.96.

Traders piled up positions in Defence, Telecommunications, Retail, Airlines and Agro Processing sectors, while selling was witnessed in Services, Learning & Education, NBFC, Miscellaneous and Glass sectors during the day.
