Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Skipper Ltd, UCO Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Archean Chemical Industries Ltd. and Punjab Sind Bank, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

India 10-year bond yield declined 0.40 per cent to 5.98 after trading in 5.98 -6.04 range.
NEW DELHI: Shares of Skipper Ltd, UCO Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Archean Chemical Industries Ltd. and Punjab Sind Bank, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 147.7 points down at 18159.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as IRIS Business Servic, Kopran Ltd, Quess Corp, Arshiya and Suumaya Lifestyle, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 13 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank and HUL were among top gainers during the day, while ONGC, Adani Ports SEZ, Hindalco, HDFC and RIL ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 518.64 points down at 61144.84.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Industrial Consumables, Mining, Rubber and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Services, NBFC, Learning & Education, Miscellaneous and Glass sectors during the day.
