Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Khaitan(India), Refex Industries, Magnum Ventures, HLV Ltd. and Honda Siel Power, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 45.8 points down at 18157.0 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Ginni Filaments, Ace Integrated Solut, Williamson Magor, Dhanuka Realty and Indigo Paints Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 15 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 35 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Coal India Ltd, ITC, Hero MotoCorp and Dr. Reddys were among top gainers during the day, while Hindalco, Power Grid, Divis Labs, Tech Mahindra and Grasim Inds. ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 151.6 points down at 61033.55.

Traders piled up positions in IT - Hardware, Shipping, Mining, Plastics and Sugar sectors, while selling was witnessed in Learning & Education, NBFC, Glass, IT Enabled Services and Miscellaneous sectors during the day.
