Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Weizmann Ltd, AXISCADES Engineeri, SecUR Credentials, Pudumjee Paper Prod and CMS Info Systems Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 133.2 points up at 18145.4 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Aakash Exploration, Akshar Spintex, Rel Capital, Future Retail and Ambani Organics, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 39 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Divis Labs, NTPC, Power Grid and Infosys were among top gainers during the day, while Axis Bank, UPL, Eicher Motors, Maruti Suzuki and RIL ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 374.76 points up at 61121.35.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Sugar, Airlines, Pharmaceuticals and IT Software sectors, while selling was witnessed in Learning & Education, NBFC, Miscellaneous, Glass and IT Enabled Services sectors during the day.
