Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Jay Jalaram Technologies Ltd., Maks Energy Solutions India Ltd., Shemaroo Entertain, SKP Bearing Industries Ltd. and GSS Infotech, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 171.35 points up at 17185.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Debock Sales & Mktg, Punjab Chemical, Tembo Global Indust, Akshar Spintex and Dhanuka Realty, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 29 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 20 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Infosys, HDFC Bank, HDFC, UPL and HCL Tech were among top gainers during the day, while ONGC, M&M, JSW Steel, Hindalco and Bajaj Auto ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 684.64 points up at 57919.97.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, IT - Hardware, Construction, Banks and Aquaculture sectors, while selling was witnessed in NBFC, Miscellaneous, IT Enabled Services, Term Lending Institutions and Gas & Petroleum sectors during the day.
