Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Arman Financial, Ritco Logistics, Bharat Wire Ropes, AMD Industries and KPI Global Infra, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 127.1 points up at 17825.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Dynemic Product(PP), Surya Roshni, SVP Global, Mangalam Worldwide Ltd. and Heranba Industries Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 42 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Life, Adani Ports SEZ, Eicher Motors, BPCL and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers during the day, while Grasim Inds., Hindalco, SBI, Bharti Airtel and JSW Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 379.43 points up at 59842.21.

Traders piled up positions in Shipping, Tyres, Metals - Non Ferrous, Auto and Financial Services sectors, while selling was witnessed in Metals - Ferrous, Auto Ancillaries, Gas & Petroleum, Pharmaceuticals and Rubber sectors during the day.
