Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Kotyark Industries Ltd., Cool Caps Industries Ltd., Speciality Rest, CSL Finance and ICE Make Refr, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 127.6 points up at 17525.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Zensar Tech, Vaxtex Cotfab, Birla Tyres, NBI Industrial and Future Enterprises, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 32 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 17 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Coal India Ltd, M&M, Bajaj Finserv, Hindalco and HDFC Bank were among top gainers during the day, while BPCL, SBI, Britannia, UltraTech Cem. and Nestle India ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 465.14 points up at 58853.07.

Traders piled up positions in Aquaculture, Defence, Paper, Mining and Telecommunications sectors, while selling was witnessed in Metals - Ferrous, Gas & Petroleum, Auto Ancillaries, Pharmaceuticals and Cables sectors during the day.
