Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Sonu Infratech Ltd., Tree House Edu, Marathon Nextgen, Destiny Logistics & Infra Ltd. and Kohinoor Foods, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 427.4 points down at 15774.4 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as RBL Bank, Balaxi Pharma, G R Infraprojects Ltd., Centrum Capital and Aptech, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 2 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 48 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Nestle India, Bajaj Auto, Britannia, Hero MotoCorp and HUL were among top gainers during the day, while Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, IndusInd Bank, Tech Mahindra and Hindalco ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1456.74 points down at 52846.70.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, InvIT, Beverages - Alcoholic, Gems and Jewellery and Leather sectors, while selling was witnessed in Engineering, Tourism & Hospitality, Agro Processing, Miscellaneous and Media & Entertainment sectors during the day.
