Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Nava Bharat Vent., Roto Pumps, Kohinoor Foods, Impex Ferro Tech and Kanani Inds, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 430.9 points down at 15809.4 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Manappuram Finance, Lincoln Pharma, Asian Granito, Lupin and Dhanvarsha Finvest, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 3 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 47 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ITC, Dr. Reddys, Power Grid, NTPC and UPL were among top gainers during the day, while Wipro, HCL Tech, Infosys, Tech Mahindra and TCS ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1416.3 points down at 52792.23.

Traders piled up positions in Tobacco, Telecommunications, InvIT, General and Pesticides/Agro Chemicals sectors, while selling was witnessed in Engineering, Tourism & Hospitality, Agro Processing, Media & Entertainment and IT Software sectors during the day.
