Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Shiv Aum Steels, Rajnandini Metal, NDTV, Shekhawati Poly and Innovana Thinklabs, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 531.95 points down at 16842.8 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as AB Cotspin India Ltd., Mahindra Logistics, Ramco Systems, Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd. and Lasa Supergenerics, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 1 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 49 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, TCS, Divis Labs, Cipla, Nestle India and Tata Consumer were among top gainers during the day, while JSW Steel, HDFC Life, ITC, Tata Motors and Tata Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1747.08 points down at 56405.84.

Traders piled up positions in InvIT, Telecommunications, IT Software, Packaging and FMCG sectors, while selling was witnessed in Industrial Consumables, Glass, Airlines, Irrigation & Allied Services and Sugar sectors during the day.
