Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Dynacons Sys, Orient Bell, Timescan Logistics(India)Ltd., Lotus Eye Hosp and Guj Mineral Dev., hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 8.2 points down at 17101.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Kriti Ind, Vaibhav Global, Balaxi Pharma, Hind Nat Glass and Dynamic Services & Security Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 30 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 20 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, NTPC, UPL, Sun Pharma, ONGC and IndusInd Bank were among top gainers during the day, while Maruti Suzuki, Tech Mahindra, Power Grid, ICICI Bank and Hero MotoCorp ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 76.71 points down at 57200.23.

Traders piled up positions in Trading, Sugar, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Learning & Education sectors, while selling was witnessed in Airlines, IT Enabled Services, Gems and Jewellery, Services and IT Software sectors during the day.
