NEW DELHI: Shares of De Nora India, KDDL Ltd, Mirza Intnl, Sirca Paints and Bhagyanagar Properti, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 183.7 points up at 17166.9 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.
However, stocks such as Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Ltd., Walchandngr Ind, Urja Global(PP), Crown Lifters and CarTrade Tech Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.
Overall, 33 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 17 closed in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, JSW Steel, Axis Bank, Tata Motors and Adani Ports SEZ were among top gainers during the day, while Cipla, Divis Labs, UltraTech Cem., Dr. Reddys and Sun Pharma ended in the red.
The BSE Sensex closed 619.92 points up at 57684.79.
Traders piled up positions in Industrial Equipment, Shipping, Fertilisers, Diversified and Mining sectors, while selling was witnessed in Miscellaneous, Tourism & Hospitality, Learning & Education, Services and Industrial Consumables sectors during the day.
