Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Pasupati Acrylon, Network18 Media, Hindprakash Industri, IDBI Bank and Hindustan Motor, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 46.0 points up at 17991.95 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Inventure Grwth, Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd., Vera Synthetic, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd. and Servotech Power Syst, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 29 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 21 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Titan Company, Bajaj Auto, SBI, Bajaj Finserv and Hindalco were among top gainers during the day, while HCL Tech, HDFC Life, Tech Mahindra, Coal India Ltd and Shree Cements ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 148.53 points up at 60284.31.

Traders piled up positions in Gems and Jewellery, Diversified, Trading, Sugar and Media & Entertainment sectors, while selling was witnessed in Learning & Education, Textiles, Telecommunications, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock and Power sectors during the day.
