Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Deccan Cements, Magellanic Cloud, Fischer Chemic, Bluspring Enterprises Ltd. and Manaksia Coated, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 16.25 points up at 25212.05 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Stampede Cap(DVR), LCC Infotech, Vipul Ltd, HDB Financial Servic and Shriram EPC(PP), touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 19 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, Wipro, SBI, Tech Mahindra and Nestle India were among top gainers during the day, while Shriram Finance, Sun Pharma, Eternal, Tata Steel and Cipla ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 63.57 points up at 82634.48.

Traders piled up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Apparels and Logistics sectors, while selling was witnessed in Industrial Consumables, Cables, Chemicals, Construction and Paper sectors during the day.
