Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Reliance Infra, Natural Capsule, Camlin Fine Sc, Steel Cast and Shree Global, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 77.71 points up at 24620.2 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Aditya Birla Retail, Lasa Supergenerics, Godha Cabcon & Insul, Navkar Builders and Prostarm Info System, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 32 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 18 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Eternal, Jio Financial Services, Bharti Airtel, IndusInd Bank and RIL were among top gainers during the day, while Bajaj Finserv, Trent, Shriram Finance, Axis Bank and TCS ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 260.74 points up at 80998.25.

Traders piled up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was witnessed in IT Software, Financial Services, Aquaculture, Real Estate and Construction sectors during the day.
