Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Bharat Seats, BSE, Reliance Naval & Engg, SRF and Aster DM Health, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Bharat Seats, BSE, Reliance Naval & Engg, SRF and Aster DM Health, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 34.81 points up at 24414.4 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Karda Const, Godha Cabcon & Insul, GI Engineering, Ind-Swift Labs and AGS Transact Tech, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 25 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 25 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Bajaj Finance, Shriram Finance, Jio Financial Services and Eternal were among top gainers during the day, while Asian Paints, Sun Pharma, Bajaj Auto, Grasim Inds. and RIL ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 105.71 points up at 80746.78.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Auto, Tea / Coffee and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Building Materials, Defence, Construction, Tobacco and Airlines sectors during the day.
