Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Shree Vasu Logistics, Jash Engineering, Aavas Financiers, BSE and Reliance Naval & Engg, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 273.9 points up at 24125.55 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Eros Media, Kesoram Inds., Gensol Engg, Varanium Cloud and Sai Silks(Kalamandir), touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 39 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, Trent, IndusInd Bank, Hero MotoCorp and Power Grid were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ports SEZ, HDFC Life, ITC, HUL and Asian Paints ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 855.3 points up at 79408.5.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Power sectors, while selling was witnessed in Aquaculture, Tobacco, FMCG, Construction and Shipping sectors during the day.
