Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Mangalore Chem, NACL Industries, India Shelter Finance Corp, Atal Realtech and InterGlobe, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Mangalore Chem, NACL Industries, India Shelter Finance Corp, Atal Realtech and InterGlobe, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 374.25 points up at 22535.85 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Precot Meridian, Gensol Engg, Accuracy Shipping, Modern Threads(India)Ltd. and Orchid Pharma, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 49 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 1 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Jio Financial Services, Shriram Finance, Cipla, BEL and Titan Company were among top gainers during the day, while Power Grid, IndusInd Bank, Trent, TCS and Tata Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1089.18 points up at 74227.08.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Textiles, IT - Hardware, ReIT, InvIT and Auto Ancillaries sectors during the day.
