Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Mangalore Chem, GRM Overseas, NACL Industries, JSW Holdings and Cura Tech, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Mangalore Chem, GRM Overseas, NACL Industries, JSW Holdings and Cura Tech, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 82.25 points down at 23250.1 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Coastal Corp, Dabur India, AGS Transact Tech, Gensol Engg and TCS, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 23 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, Sun Pharma, UltraTech Cem., Cipla and Shriram Finance were among top gainers during the day, while TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Infosys and ONGC ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 322.08 points down at 76295.36.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Power sectors, while selling was witnessed in Aquaculture, IT Software, Packaging, Gas & Petroleum and Auto Ancillaries sectors during the day.
