Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Cura Tech, AB Infrabuild, Aavas Financiers, Gujarat Themis and Shree Cements, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 105.11 points up at 23591.95 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Sanginita Chemicals, Nxtdigital, Generic Engg, Sarthak Metals and Kesoram Inds., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 35 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 15 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finserv, IndusInd Bank, Adani Ent. and HDFC Life were among top gainers during the day, while Tata Motors, Sun Pharma, Eicher Motors, Bharti Airtel and Kotak Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 317.93 points up at 77606.43.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Power sectors, while selling was witnessed in Leather, Textiles, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock, Auto Ancillaries and Agro Processing sectors during the day.
