Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Cura Tech, Gujarat Themis, Kaveri Seed Co., Swaraj Engines and Reliance Naval & Engg, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 307.95 points up at 23658.35 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Gangotri Text, Reliance Comm, SecUR Credentials, Kesoram Inds. and Noida Toll Bridge Co, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 42 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 8 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Kotak Bank, NTPC, SBI, Tech Mahindra and Power Grid were among top gainers during the day, while Titan Company, IndusInd Bank, Trent, M&M and Bharti Airtel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1078.87 points up at 77984.38.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Leather, Textiles, IT - Hardware, Tea / Coffee and Aquaculture sectors during the day.
