Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NACL Industries, Kamat Hotels, Avanti Feeds, India Shelter Finance Corp and Blue Jet Healthcare, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of NACL Industries, Kamat Hotels, Avanti Feeds, India Shelter Finance Corp and Blue Jet Healthcare, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 111.55 points up at 22508.75 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Goldstone Tech, Inventurus Knowledge, Global Education, Asian Oilfield and Binani Ind, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 32 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 18 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Dr. Reddys, Bajaj Finserv, SBI Life, Trent and Axis Bank were among top gainers during the day, while Wipro, BPCL, Britannia, Hero MotoCorp and ITC ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 341.04 points up at 74169.95.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Pesticides/Agro Chemicals sectors, while selling was witnessed in Leather, Textiles, Agro Processing, Trading and Miscellaneous sectors during the day.
