Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NACL Industries, ARSS Infra, Avanti Feeds, Bohra Industries and Sarda Energy, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of NACL Industries, ARSS Infra, Avanti Feeds, Bohra Industries and Sarda Energy, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 73.3 points down at 22397.2 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Udayshivakumar Infra, GSS Infotech, Coastal Corp, Vaishali Pharma and Dangee Dums, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 15 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 35 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BEL, SBI, NTPC, Cipla and ICICI Bank were among top gainers during the day, while Shriram Finance, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Hindalco and IndusInd Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 200.85 points down at 73828.91.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors, while selling was witnessed in Textiles, Leather, IT - Hardware, Real Estate and Construction sectors during the day.
