Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Narmada Agrobase, Reliance Naval & Engg, Navkar Builders, BGR Energy and Shree Vasu Logistics, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 130.7 points up at 23155.35 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Indoco Remedies, Cyient DLM, Lancor Holdings, Laxmi Dental and K P Energy Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 27 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra and Sun Pharma were among top gainers during the day, while BEL, Tata Motors, Trent, Power Grid and Axis Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 566.63 points at 76404.99.

Traders piled up positions in General, Services, Auto, Beverages - Alcoholic and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Textiles, Paper, Real Estate, Learning & Education and Defence sectors during the day.
