Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Atlas Cycles, Univastu India, ARSS Infra, Bharatiya Global Infomedia and Indo Thai Sec, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 345.55 points down at 23085.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Khandwala Sec, Senores Pharmaceutic, Indo Farm Equipment, Master Trust and Cinevista Ltd, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 4 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 46 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, TCS, IndusInd Bank, HUL and RIL were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ent., Trent, BPCL, BEL and Adani Ports SEZ ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1048.9 points at 76330.01.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Auto, Services and IT Software sectors, while selling was witnessed in Defence, Packaging, Textiles, Electric/Electronics and Irrigation & Allied Services sectors during the day.
