Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of ITI Ltd, Thyrocare Tech., Mangal Credit, PTC Industries and Avonmore Capital, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 388.71 points down at 23616.05 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Spacenet Enterprise, Jai Corp, Foods & Inns, Ecos(India)Mobilit and PTC India, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 4 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 46 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Apollo Hospital, Tata Consumer, Titan Company, HCL Tech and Infosys were among top gainers during the day, while ITC, Tata Steel, Trent, BPCL and Coal India Ltd ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1258.12 points at 77964.99.

Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Apparels sectors, while selling was witnessed in Learning & Education, Mining, Cables, Defence and Tobacco sectors during the day.
