Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ratnaveer Precision, Supriya Lifescience, Banco Products, Pix Trans and Ganesh Housing, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 557.35 points up at 23907.25 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Adani Transmission, Godavari Biorefineri, Honasa Consumer, P N Gadgil Jewellers and Fourth Dimension Sol, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 49 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 1 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, SBI, TCS, Titan Company, UltraTech Cem. and ITC were among top gainers during the day, while Bajaj Auto, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, SBI Life and Hero MotoCorp ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1961.32 points at 79117.11.

Traders piled up positions in General, Apparels, NBFC, Telecommunications and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors, while selling was witnessed in Diversified, Industrial Consumables, Industrial Equipment, Irrigation & Allied Services and Glass sectors during the day.
