Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Aaron Industries, Jash Engineering, CarTrade Tech, PG Electroplast and Pearl Global, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

Nifty moved in a tight range of 82 points, and ended slightly below the psychologically crucial level of 15,700.
NEW DELHI: Shares of Aaron Industries, Jash Engineering, CarTrade Tech, PG Electroplast and Pearl Global, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 64.71 points up at 23518.5 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Honasa Consumer, Hinduja Global, Marshall Machines, Jayaswal Neco and Kshitij Polyline, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 26 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 24 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank, Trent and Eicher Motors were among top gainers during the day, while SBI Life, Hindalco, RIL, Tata Consumer and HDFC Life ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 239.37 points at 77578.38.

Traders piled up positions in General, Apparels, NBFC, Beverages - Alcoholic and Gems and Jewellery sectors, while selling was witnessed in Diversified, Industrial Consumables, Construction, Metals - Ferrous and Learning & Education sectors during the day.
