Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Prudent Corporate Advisory Svcs, The Anup Engg, Waaree Energies, Windlas Biotech and Interarch Building, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 135.5 points down at 24205.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Prince Pipes, OCCL Ltd., Restaurant Brands, Axita Cotton and NRB Industrial, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 13 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Cipla, L&T, Dr. Reddys, ONGC and Hero MotoCorp were among top gainers during the day, while Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, TCS, Infosys and Wipro ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 553.12 points at 79389.06.

Traders piled up positions in General, NBFC, Miscellaneous, IT - Hardware and Tea / Coffee sectors, while selling was witnessed in Diversified, Industrial Consumables, IT Software, Metals - Ferrous and IT Enabled Services sectors during the day.
