Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

ABM International, Tirupati Forge, Industrial Invst, Mask Investments and Sri Adhikari, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of ABM International, Tirupati Forge, Industrial Invst, Mask Investments and Sri Adhikari, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 218.61 points down at 24180.8 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as IndusInd Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Suryoday Small Finance Bank, De Nora India and Lancor Holdings, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 11 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 39 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ITC, Axis Bank, Britannia, HUL and Sun Pharma were among top gainers during the day, while IndusInd Bank, Adani Ent., BPCL, Shriram Finance and M&M ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 662.87 points at 79402.29.

Traders piled up positions in General, Beverages - Alcoholic, NBFC, Telecommunications and Tobacco sectors, while selling was witnessed in Agro Processing, Construction, Industrial Consumables, Trading and Metals - Non Ferrous sectors during the day.
