Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of TBZ, Sundaram-Clayton, Biofil Chem, Oswal Green Tech and Renaissance Global, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 32.41 points down at 25356.5 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Stampede Cap(DVR), PowerGrid Infa InvIT, GIR Natureview, BDR Buildcon and IndInfravit Trust, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 20 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 30 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, IndusInd Bank and Axis Bank were among top gainers during the day, while SBI Life, Adani Ports SEZ, HDFC Life, Coal India Ltd and ITC ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 71.77 points down at 82890.94.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Beverages - Alcoholic, Metals - Non Ferrous, General and NBFC sectors, while selling was witnessed in Irrigation & Allied Services, Infrastructure, Rubber, FMCG and Electric/Electronics sectors during the day.
