Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Deep Industries, Refex Industries, CCL Products, TBZ and Medi Assist Healthcare Services, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

Nagaraj Shetti, Technical Research Analyst at HDFC Securities, believes Monday's pattern could be considered as a High Wave, which reflects high volatility in the market at swing highs.
NEW DELHI: Shares of Deep Industries, Refex Industries, CCL Products, TBZ and Medi Assist Healthcare Services, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 81.15 points down at 25198.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Globale Tessile, Mahalaxmi Fabric Mil, Revathi Equipment, Brainbees Solutions and Avantel, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 18 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 31 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Asian Paints, Grasim Inds., HUL, Apollo Hospital and Sun Pharma were among top gainers during the day, while Wipro, Coal India Ltd, ONGC, Hindalco and M&M ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 202.8 points down at 82352.64.

Traders piled up positions in Tea / Coffee, Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications, Building Materials and General sectors, while selling was witnessed in Irrigation & Allied Services, Infrastructure, Rubber, Electric/Electronics and Gas & Petroleum sectors during the day.
