Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Cybertech Sys, Aarey Drugs, Gokul Agro Resources, Genesys Intnl and Pokarna Ltd, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 99.61 points up at 25151.95 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Globale Tessile, Mahalaxmi Fabric Mil, Poddar Housing, Filatex Fashions and NACL Industries, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 29 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 20 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Bajaj Finserv, BPCL, Bajaj Finance and Britannia were among top gainers during the day, while M&M, Grasim Inds., JSW Steel, Dr. Reddys and Kotak Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 349.05 points up at 82134.61.

Traders piled up positions in Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications, Tobacco, Auto and NBFC sectors, while selling was witnessed in Irrigation & Allied Services, Infrastructure, Rubber, Electric/Electronics and Gas & Petroleum sectors during the day.
