Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of SMS Lifesciences Ind, KFIN Technologies, Avanti Feeds, Authum Investment and Airan Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 250.5 points up at 24367.5 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Shankara Bldg Prod, 8K Miles Soft, Avalon Technologies, Ravindra Energy and AGI Infra Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 44 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 6 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Eicher Motors, ONGC, Shriram Finance, Tech Mahindra and Tata Motors were among top gainers during the day, while BPCL, HDFC Life, Kotak Bank, Sun Pharma and Divis Labs ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 819.69 points up at 79705.91.

Traders piled up positions in sectors, while selling was witnessed in sectors during the day.
