Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ester Ind, Robust Hotels, Technocraft Ind, Voltamp Trans and Vishnu Prakash R Punglia, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 1.25 points up at 24836.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Brightcom Group, Bohra Industries, Spandana Sphoorty, Compuage Infocom and Focus Lighting, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 25 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 25 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Divis Labs, BPCL, L&T, Bajaj Finserv and UltraTech Cem. were among top gainers during the day, while Titan Company, Bharti Airtel, Cipla, ITC and Kotak Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 23.12 points up at 81355.84.

Traders piled up positions in General, Defence, Term Lending Institutions, Pesticides/Agro Chemicals and Media & Entertainment sectors, while selling was witnessed in Irrigation & Allied Services, Infrastructure, Electric/Electronics, Gas & Petroleum and Glass sectors during the day.
