Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Mangalam Global Ent, IFB Agro, Country Club, Mazagon Dock Ship and MBL Infra, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Mangalam Global Ent, IFB Agro, Country Club, Mazagon Dock Ship and MBL Infra, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 15.66 points up at 24302.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Filatex Fashions, Future Supply Chain, IndInfravit Trust, Ahimsa Ind and GIR Natureview, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 22 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HCL Tech, ICICI Bank, Tata Motors, Sun Pharma and Infosys were among top gainers during the day, while HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Wipro, Adani Ent. and Tech Mahindra ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 62.87 points up at 80049.67.

Traders piled up positions in Fertilisers, Irrigation & Allied Services, Packaging, Petrochemicals and Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock sectors, while selling was witnessed in Beverages - Alcoholic, Gas & Petroleum, Airlines, Tobacco and Auto sectors during the day.
