Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Techno Electric, Bharat Rasayan, J Kumar Infra, Jindal Stainless and WABCO India, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 42.05 points up at 22530.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Sadhana Nitro, Revathi Equipment, Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem, Awfis Space Solution and Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 18 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Shriram Finance, Coal India Ltd, Tata Steel, Bajaj Auto and Apollo Hospital were among top gainers during the day, while Divis Labs, Nestle India, TCS, Maruti Suzuki and LTIMindtree ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 75.71 points up at 73961.31.

Traders piled up positions in sectors, while selling was witnessed in sectors during the day.
