Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Arrow Greentech, Titagarh Wagons, Mazagon Dock Ship, Century Enka and Sumitomo Chemical, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 183.46 points down at 22704.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Monte Carlo Fashion, Revathi Equipment, Osia Hyper Retail, Priti International and Kaya, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 13 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 37 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, Power Grid, Divis Labs, Nestle India and Sun Pharma were among top gainers during the day, while HDFC Life, SBI Life, ICICI Bank, Tata Consumer and Tech Mahindra ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 667.55 points down at 74502.9.

Traders piled up positions in Leather, Sugar, Glass, Shipping and Telecommunications sectors, while selling was witnessed in Airlines, Trading, Banks, Cement and Financial Services sectors during the day.
