Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of JohnsonCtrls Hitachi, Aegis Logistics, Finolex Cables, Paras Defence and Inox Wind Ltd., hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 10.56 points down at 22957.1 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Veranda Learning Sol, Revathi Equipment, Future Supply Chain, Atal Realtech and Megastar Foods, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 14 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 36 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HDFC Bank, L&T, Bharti Airtel, BPCL and Axis Bank were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ports SEZ, Tata Consumer, Tech Mahindra, ITC and Titan Company ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 7.65 points down at 75410.39.

Traders piled up positions in Fertilisers, Telecommunications, Logistics, Auto Ancillaries and Consumer Durables sectors, while selling was witnessed in Trading, Airlines, Aquaculture, Learning & Education and Cement sectors during the day.
