Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of MOIL, ISMT Ltd, Indian Hume Pipe, Crompton Greaves and Mazagon Dock Ship, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 62.25 points up at 22466.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Brightcom Group, SecUR Credentials, Filatex Fash, IRB InvIT Fund and GIR Natureview, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 25 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 25 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, JSW Steel, Grasim Inds., UltraTech Cem. and BPCL were among top gainers during the day, while TCS, Cipla, SBI Life, HCL Tech and Bajaj Auto ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 253.31 points up at 73917.03.

Traders piled up positions in sectors, while selling was witnessed in sectors during the day.
